Question 16.   How do you deal with clients who are out-of-state?

Answer.   We have clients in nearly all of the states, many of whom we have never met. With the advent of e-mail, fax machines, UPS, FedX, and overnight mail, we can deal with clients who are out-of-state as easily as if they were only a few miles away. We have access to all of the state statutes and while there are some variations in state laws, the primary variations involve real estate transfers and related filings, and community property issues all of which we can properly address.  We have clients in almost every state in the union and have never in the 34 years we have been in business had a problem with our asset protection/estate preservation structures.
